GnozAstro is distributed internationally through Apple's App Store. 3. Scope

GnozAstro does not require users to create an account.

10. Artificial Intelligence Services

GnozAstro offers AI-powered astrological interpretations using trusted third-party artificial intelligence providers.

When you request an AI-generated interpretation, the information necessary to provide that service may be securely transmitted to:

• OpenAI
• Anthropic

The information shared may include:

• your name or nickname (if provided);
• date of birth;
• time of birth;
• place of birth;
• astrological chart data derived from your birth information;
• questions or prompts you submit;
• the conversation necessary to generate a response.

Only the information reasonably necessary to generate the requested interpretation is transmitted.

We do not intentionally send information that is unrelated to your request.

AI-generated content is produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or alternative interpretations. It is provided for informational, educational, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only.

11. Subscription Management

GnozAstro offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions through Apple's App Store.

Subscription management is provided using RevenueCat.

RevenueCat processes anonymous identifiers and subscription status information required to validate purchases and determine your access to premium features.

We do not receive your payment card details, Apple ID password, or other financial credentials.

Payments, billing, refunds, and subscription renewals are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.

12. Third-Party Service Providers

We share personal information only when necessary to operate the App and provide the services you request.

Our primary service providers include:

• Apple (App Store purchases and payment processing);
• RevenueCat (subscription management);
• OpenAI (AI-generated responses);
• Anthropic (AI-generated responses).

Each provider processes information in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable law.

We do not authorize these providers to use your personal information for our advertising or marketing purposes.

13. International Data Transfers

Because GnozAstro is distributed worldwide, your personal information may be processed or stored in countries outside your country of residence.
